EMPREGOS VERDES E A PERSPECTIVA INTERNACIONAL DO TRABALHO

O presente artigo objetiva discutir o conceito de 'emprego verde' numa perspectiva interdisciplinar, pois abrange as áreas jurídica, econõmica e ecológica. Para alcançar tal objetivo, utiliza-se, como metodologia, a análise do Programa intitulado "Empregos Verdes", produzido pela Organização Internacional do Trabalho - OIT. Considera-se que os empregos verdes são possibilidades de enfrentamento às mudanças climáticas e de inserção de trabalhadores em uma ordem econõmica ecológica. Faz-se também uma breve explanação sobre a OIT, sua história e função social na qualidade de organismo internacional ligado à Organização da Nações Unidas — ONU. Há, ainda. a abordagem conceituai de empregos verdes e o esclarecimento sobre suas prioridades e espécies. Como pano de fundo, temos a discussão da terminologia 'desenvolvimento sustentável 'versus' economia ecológica', e da distinção entre trabalho e emprego. A compreensão do homem enquanto ser da natureza permeia este artigo.
